Beautiful house

Shared the house with our grown kids and grandkid! Great house! Granddaughter had a great time in the garage game room! Quick drive to Monument and Grand Junction! A few minor repairs need done but overall one of the nicest properties I’ve rented!

Loved the place and surrounding area

In Fruita for a quick visit for an event in G Junction. Spent a day at Co National Monument, and a quick Mtn bike ride on Kokopelli trails with the family. The home was clean, quiet and perfect locale. Would love to come back and stay again.

What a great place!!! Stayed w friends for baseball games in GJ. Beautiful, sunny, safe neighborhood! Convenient. Perfect accommodations.

Nice place

The house is immaculately clean and very new. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the utitencils and pots and pans one needs for preparing meals. The foosball table in the garage game room is a great amenity!

Perfect MB Trip

The house is 1.5 miles from the town making it easy to ride or walk. The house was setup with everything we needed and not just basics (like some rentals). Everything was new and felt like home. Simple instructions to operate everything. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a perfect place to stay for a trip to Fruita to ride amazing trails!

Kessel Run Ultra accommodations

The house was beautiful. It was very clean, new, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room darkening were a great addition. The only downside was that we didn’t find the hot tub that is listed in the property amenities and we had been looking forward to that after a big trail race. Overall the trip was great though

Nice place

New and beautiful house. Great location and fit our needs. Things that I noticed was a problem with ants around the front door and near the kitchen. There was a small ant trap in the pantry closet so it must be a known issue. The umbrella for the outside table was broken and I notified the rental agent and they were going to bring a new one out but never did. Was going to use the outside grill but opened it up and it was filthy so made other plans. Needs some TLC of course it must have been overlooked. The house overall was clean but there were many smugges and marks on the sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Most looked like dog nose prints and sober. The corners and under furniture it was obvious hadn't been cleaned lately. I would say the cleaning services needs too do a better job. Overall it's a nice place to stay but shortcuts will lead to a rundown rental. be a known issue

Nicest Vrbo/airbnb Ive ever stayed in!

Was in town for work and stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Very quiet beautiful safe neighborhood. The house was even nicer in person than it was in the pictures! The property manger was super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
