"Hotel is on the edge of the old town of Fussen and a very short walk from the train station, great position. Has own car park beneath hotel, special rate for guests, though quite tight space for your larger car. Reception were helpful when we had questions. Old Fussen is great if you like wandering around old streets, full of shops, bars and restaurants. You have the castles a short bus or car journey away, though, you need to book to ensure you get in on the day you want to go, or take pot luck at the on site ticket office. Nice walks just out side of town, various lakes and the river Lech. We enjoyed our visit."

"Stunning relaxing spa property with easy access to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Gorgeous room, sauna and pool access in the spa was incredible perk and the daily breakfast was spectacular. Easy in and out parking, helpful staff. Hope to return soon and wish we could have stayed longer!"

Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . "The landhaus Kössel provided a wonderful stay for our family trip of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) to visit the Füssen and algau area to see Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. The breakfast was reasonable priced and had a great spread of options, my favorite being the option to boil your own egg. The rooms were spacious and provided some of the most stunning views of the area. Truly a top-notch one of a kind experience. The staff was also very helpful and the evening after hours check in process was helpful. "
