"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."

"Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed.
