"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....

The villa itself is absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor area is just as impressive, featuring a gorgeous pool and lovely grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax or host an event. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!"
