"Fantastic hotel with ice cold staff. This hotel offers automated services so you don’t have to deal with people. So when we went to the front desk a few times, the staff seems a little annoyed that we were even speaking with them. It just made me feel unwelcome. Hotel is great, front desk staff were the worst of our trip. "

"Our room had an amazing view of Belfast City Hall. Also high ceilings (not sure if that is common to all rooms). The bar down stairs was very nice, but I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open on weeknights. We will need to return on a weekend to enjoy that."

"This was the best hotel of our trip so far. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. (And they had lovely Irish accents!) The Flint is highly recommended. The only tiny complaint we had is that the sheets on the bed were barely large enough for a queen-sized bed."
