Before anyone goes into a hotel room it should have properly cleaned and have nice smell. Room smell was awful. I cleaned down everything and sterilize and sprayed everything. The smell was just bad. When making reservation I told I could pay on property then day before I was to go they called and said to keep room I would need payment. False advertisement, not good. I would never use any Comfort Inn never. Very old nothing updated @ all. Staff was very nice. I was not very happy stayed due such short notice and was Track Meet my grandson was attending. Comfort Inn needs to do better. Natalie was person stating all the above information .
