Wonderful family friendly Single family home on a quiet street located in central Gainesville. 4 bedroom Pool home ready for your family to unwind and enjoy the city! The home features 4K Television complete with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and the highest WIFI speed available your entertainment and work from home needs.

This house is a well-built home with a great layout split floor plan for all of the family to enjoy their Gainesville, Florida stay. It has 4 bedrooms with a master bedroom that has its own on suite bathroom. The kids room has bunk beds with 1 twin bed and 1 full size bed. The grill is preloaded with propane and ready for you to BBQ outside on the patio. The property has a private fenced in back yard for your pets to enjoy and play safely. The house also has an enclosed garage if it is raining and you'd like your car protected from the weather.

Great weekend stay
Family and friends met in Gainesville for a weekend stay to attend the Florida Gators football game. This property was a fantastic choice for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood and away from the college craziness, yet it wasn’t far from the UF campus at all (8 minutes). The communication from John was great before and during our stay, and the house was in great condition. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Great house in quiet neighborhood
We came up for the weekend with our daughter to tour the UF Vet School. This was a perfect spot that was close to campus and plenty of space for us. We knew we would want to enjoy the pool after the tour so that was a huge plus. House was very clean, and the Host was very communicative throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of supplies when we arrived. We brought our dog, and she loved the fenced in back yard and the large wood deck. We would be happy stay here again on a future visit.

Fantastic Stay in Gainesville!
Our family gathered here for our son's graduation from the U. of Florida Law School in Gainesville last month. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs staying in the house, and 6 other family members staying close by in the area celebrating with us in the house most of the 4 days we were there. All in all, this was the perfect house for our group. We all enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool and fenced in back yard, as well as the cool air-conditioned house on the hot days. The description and photos were spot on. The open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room were very conducive to our conversations and game playing sessions. Overall, this was the best VBRO experience we've ever had. Highly recommend!

We love pets too
This is our second time at this property & we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Everything is provided. The coffees were delicious. Every thing was clean & comfy. Our dogs loved it & being able to travel with them is a joyful experience. We weren’t able to think of one thing we’d improve & the Gators won over Mississippi State in baseball, an extra bonus!

Nice house for family gathering
Overall really liked the house/stay. Able to get family group together - in Gainesville so grandkids all spend Christmas with Grandma. Missing a blanket on one bed, towels could be more plentiful/nicer, and girls would appreciate hair dryer, but enjoyed our week and would recommend - especially when weather right to use the pool.

Nice home in quiet location. Would stay here again. Found a few issues with the house. Notified owner 1st morning of a 5 night stay. All issues were resolved same day by maintenance person visit and Doordash deliveries.

Great family getaway.
The house was perfect for our family. The pool whole a tad chilly yet was great for the kids. Some additional seating outside would have been nice. We didn’t sit on the furniture with cushions as they were pretty dirty, with all the rain in Florida I understand how that happens, but maybe get something that can be wiped down. Beds were comfy. The large table was nice as we played a lot of games there. Overall it was a great stay!

We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Our children loved the pool, there was more than enough seating for the 8 of us, and the beds were comfortable. Great communication from John! I would definitely go back and recommend this place!

House appeared to be clean and close proximity to restaurants and stores. Although things looked good, it wasn't. The main bathroom tub drained very slow. Blinds need to be replaced in last bedroom; allow too much light in. Listed on a note in the house that pool man would come on Friday but showed up on Thursday morning unannounced & startled us. Additionally, What really disturbed me the most was the roaches all over the kitchen and some were in the bathrooms. House need to be exterminated ASAP! I cannot stay in a place known to have roaches. I hope none got in our luggage and transported to my home. I am shocked the roach issue was not mentioned in comments from previous guests.

It's great to be a Florida Gator!
Great stay in the heart of Gainesville. This house was perfect for a large group or family. The pool was perfect for the kids (water was too cold for us grown ups), but kids didn't mind at all. Owner was great about communication and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We definitely want to return.
