The staff was very helpful, in particular Jeff. He helped me sort out a reservation with promptness and courtesy. The only two issues I had was that the refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled some food. Also the parking lot was quite small. I came for a big soccer tournament and the parking lot was packed every single evening which made parking difficult. Other than that the stay was wonderful and the staff was top notch

The property is well kept and maintained. The room was spacious with nice comfortable bedding. Centrally located with shopping and many restaurants within a mile. The only complaint is the building is close to a majored roadway and big truck noise was audible in my room.

Hotel is fine. Convenient to most anything you want. Parking is not the greatest. Tight parking spaces. My disappointment is with Expedia. You do not allow Hilton honors membership added by hotel personnel when booking thru Expedia. Very disappointed!!!

the view out our window into the woods, versus a parking lot, was a nice surprise in the busy city of Cumming, GA (Atlanta). It was close to the hospital that we needed, yet we never heard an ambulance drive by in the night.
