Galveston Tropical Pelican Watch! Beautiful Gulf view can be enjoyed from the living area and the oversized balcony. This condo sleeps 8 with third and fourth floor views of the water and is decorated with contemporary artwork. The open living areas has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and glass sliding doors that lead to paradise. When you're ready to relax step out to the furnished balcony. This is a two story condo with all living areas located downstairs including a convenient half bath. If you choose to dine in, there is a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. There are plenty of options to dine at the breakfast bar, dining table or enjoy al fresco dining. Two bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. The master suite has a king size bed and private bath and overlooks the largest pool at the Maravilla. You can also relax in bed and watch the flat screen tv. The second bedroom offers a twin over double bunk with an additional trundle pull-out below, a flat screen tv and an exit to a separate smaller balcony. There are 3 elevators, this unit is closest to the back elevator; there are 10 additional steps to get to the unit.

***The pool construction will begin on November 14th. The Resort Pool area (hot tub, kiddie pool, resort pool) will be CLOSED until next year. The heated pool will remain open.***
The condo has a full-size Washer/Dryer and Free WiFi for your convenience. This condo is also pet friendly.
The Maravilla offers 3 pools on site (one heated) and a hot tub. There is also a fitness center near the front office. There are several charcoal grills and picnic tables located around the property for your use.
Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Galveston Island is a great vacation destination with a variety of activities to enjoy. Within walking distance from the Maravilla, there are go-carts, mini-golf, fishing and restaurants. There are many great restaurants around the island. Be sure to visit the Historic Strand District and enjoy a day of shopping there or drive to the nearby Outlet Mall located within 30 minutes of the Island. For entertainment of all ages, spend time at the Pleasure Pier or Schlitterbahn Galveston. You might even enjoy a show at The Grand 1894 Opera House.
While we welcome guests of all ages, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Home is pet friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 for the 1st pet and $50.00 for the second pet. 25 lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and signature on a pet addendum. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
