West end Apartments Galway
3.5 star property
6.8 out of 10, (48)
"Check-in was hard to find (it is in the Casino). There was no hot water and it was not very clean. They have not refunded our 200 Euro deposit, and they will not respond to emails. All of this aside, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere."

Jameson Court Self Catering Apartments
4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (256)
"Love this place! I was traveling with my aunt and uncle and the two bedroom apartment with a view of the water was wonderful. The apartments are in a really cute part of town and there are some fun restaurants within easy walking distance along with an ATM, a little grocery store, and a great bakery. Just note... the parking is VERY tight. If you have anything other than a compact, prepare for a very tight squeeze... especially if you are parked up against one of the support beams."

7.0 out of 10, Good, (94)
"We were in Ireland visiting family when we got stuck in Drogheda late. We called the hotel to see if they could help us out since we simply couldn't get to Galway that night. The hotel was very rude and didn't do much to help us with the problem. I understand having cancellation policies, but this one seems to strict. I went online and it was clear the hotel didn't lose out on a reservation since they still had vacancies. Oh well. "

Salthill Hotel
4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)
"Salthill Hotel sits right on the coast in Galway, a beautiful and great location. When we arrived, we were told that Hotels.com customers had to pay for parking, which was only €5, not too bad but a little annoying to be siloed because of where the booking originated. We had three issues with our room. The first is that the room was far too hot, and there was no temperature control in the room. The window only opened a tiny slit, so there was virtually no air circulation and no way to make the...
