"Straight Forward and close to the zoo with free parking right in front of the house; Great hot shower. Clean Basement apartment. Beware of centipedes and other creepy crawlies. Fridge freezes everything, so consider buying ice for drinks and non-perishable stuff to eat. Kitchenette has cooking appliances and dishes, but no sink so you have to use the bathroom sink and trash can to dispose of food waste and wash dishes."

"Row house in quiet residential area. Nicely maintained inside and out, well equipped except no dishwasher and a few more kitchen items would have been appreciated (baking dish). Driving was a little awkward due to one-way streets and many cars parked on the streets, but access to downtown and other areas of the city was easy."

"This was an excellent place it was very quiet Colton is a very respectful entrepreneur and works well with his clients he answers you whenever there’s a problem I met his neighbor had to deeply apologize for noise after the funeral I would love to make this a permanent place for us in Baltimore whenever we visit "

"We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved."

"We had a buddies trip for a baseball game and horse race and this place was perfect. Winston was awesome and easy to connect with all trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great outdoor space for basketball/pickleball. We had an awesome stay. "

"Loved the bed, the shower was amazing, they had a free social with free food and nonalcoholic drinks Tuesday afternoon 5-7pm. The free breakfast was quality and different menu each morning. "The hotel is very clean and comfortable and it's in the best location next door to a wholefoods and in walking distance to a mall and raising cane's and few othe fast food choices. The staff are very friendly and go out their way to help you. The complimentary breakfast was a 10 out of 10. I will come again and recommend to my friends."
