This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Despite upgrading to an “executive room” the room was not clean, damaged, bugs, no lights in hallway, no decor except a bowl of dirty red water, very cold with no heat options, cable not working, construction starting in near room at 7am on Sunday. This hotel is run down and lacking any ambiance. Orbitz / Kayak should immediately downgrade this hotel from 4 to 3 or 2 stars as 4 stars is totally misleading.

I was very disappointed with the condition and location of the hotel. It was situated in an inaccessible area, the hotel was old and the room was cold , two windows were semi shut because the woodwork would not allow the windows to be completely shut. It was certainly not worth the £76 charged to me. The food was quite good and the serving staff were very nice

From the moment we got there, we regretted ever hearing of this wretched hotel. My advice is to forget about it and book something else. The management is officious and bordering on the violent, and the food is so bad that we all ended up with stomach upsets. KEEP AWAY!

Nice Hotel
Lovely hotel, fabulous staff and the restaurant food was divine. Great views. Room was spacious. Only drawback was limited hours for the hotwater morning and night, but not really an issue. Don't order cocktails at the bar - not their speciality! But lovely staff all round.

International hotel with everyhting that you need.
Nice, international hotel in Gangtok with many rooms, a good restaurant and also a casino. The hotel is located just off the main road which is great as it is always very busy and noisy. Staff are extremely service-minded and polite and will help you with everything. We had a great time. Taking into consideration that Gangtok is a remote city in the mountains with an airport more than 5 hours away with car, we were surprised about the level of service given in the hotel.

日本人でも安心
小高い山の町ガントクの坂道を登り、右折して坂道をくだるとホテルがありました。フロントやシェフ、スタッフのサービスも良くて安心して泊まることができました。朝食は7:30-でした。朝食会場の眺望も良くて大変楽しめました。
