"Super hotel with great location near Penn station. Really comfortable beds and huge shower with lovely shower products. All staff were so helpful and great. Loved the popcorn and hot chocolate. We had breakfast too with our stay and food was great. Ordered it at the bar and it arrived quickly. Lots of choice. Stayed in 26th floor in premium room and loved it. "

"I was very skeptical about this hotel based on the negative reviews, however we had a good experience. The room was in OK condition, but not complaining. Only issue was restaurant staff was awful. Worker just put her own tip without my permission...refused to give me a receipt. Other than that no issues. "
