"We booked three nights in late October. It was 40F / 5C outside and same inside! The first night was horrible, it was cold like in a fridge! We could not take a shower in this cold. Asked them to fix it but they did not. Checked out after first night and booked another hotel with heated rooms. The hotel refused to refund two nights even though they did not provide the service we paid for. The room was outdated, too. Stay away from this place, there are plenty of nice hotels there for better...

"Older hotel but very pleasant and convenient. Various restaurants and a laundry just around the corner. Excellent Austrian style breakfast incl scrambled eggs and bacon. Room very quiet and restful."
