Overall it was a great spot. Easily walkable to dining and entertainment. The parking can be tricky to navigate and get into at first, but it's a nice, lowkey get away. Staff is helpful and informational.

Perfect location to the Gatlinburg strip, free breakfast and parking, a gorgeous view with a balcony over the river, AND it was immaculately clean! Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

The sound of the river was amazing. Natures white noise for sleeping. Tourist heaven, tacky, overwhelming, so bad it’s good! Great food in the area.

Property is really nice as all units have balconies and view of the river! The breakfast was subpar IMHO and the milk was expired! The elevator (only one) was not working until after 7pm due to maintenance. Parking is tight under the building. I like the remodeled rooms, beds were comfortable.
