When we booked the room, the photos showed a nice looking room that was equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. When we arrived at the room, I noticed that there was piles of dust in the corners of the room. The bed skirt had stains on it. The fireplace did not work and there was an issue with the Jacuzzi tub. We were not in the room 10 minutes before I went down to the front desk to complain about the conditions. I was told there was no other room for us and that they would have maintenance come look at the issues. We were there for three days and maintenance never came. In order for my wife to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub we waited 2 1/2 hours for it to fill because there was little to no water pressure. When we tried to initially run water in the tub there was no hot water so I called the front desk and I was told that the hot water faucet is actually the cold and the cold water faucet is actually the hot but you cannot have it turned on all the way or else it stays cold. Absolutely terrible way to spend an anniversary.

Rooms need to be cleaner. Wall was dirty and floor. There was a finger nail left on the floor.I mopped floor because it was dirty Around the caulking on tub is black with looks like mold. Nice place just needs to be cleaner

It’s a very old building. The rooms are very spacious with fridge and microwave. The parking is limited. We have to walk like 20 minutes to the main st in Gatlinburg.

The dining area is very crowded. Our room was pet friendly, but animals had clearly been left there for a long time. The doors are very scratched up and have not been repaired. You can hear dogs barking from other rooms all the time. The three luggage carts were not enough for the 7 floors and we had to make 3-4 trips when we got there and when we left.

I look into the room prior to check in and did nit accept the room. The Clerck called around town and recomnended a few options. I stayed in a other property, but somehow Quality Inn still charged me for this booking. I need arefund

When i booked this local i thought it was closer to town but it wasn't a far walk to the parade and we didn't have to get in traffic which was great. Ended up being an awesome location. JUst hard to get into and out of when going anywhere in the car. The beds were terrible I have never slept on a bed so hard. The porch light disnt work and the outlets between the beds at the night stand didn't work.
