Nestled right up against the Gearhart Golf Links, and just a leisurely 15-minute walk from easy beach access, this home is close to everything this wonderful town has to offer. You could also drive your car right out onto the sand via 10th Avenue, grab lunch at one of the restaurants, or drive just south to the much larger Seaside. In Seaside you will find an aquarium, a fun downtown shopping area, and popular beaches with easy access points.

With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this home can sleep up to four guests. While you're here you will enjoy plenty of entertainment options, including WiFi access, cable TV, a DVD player and selection of movies, and board games that you're welcome to borrow. There's even a laundry area that will come in handy after a few days of playing on the beach.

Inside, you can nestle in the cozy living room, congregate at the dining room table, or use the full kitchen to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. The two bedrooms each contain a soft and warm queen-size bed, and there's an additional sofabed in the living room for more sleeping space.

This house was so sweet and comfortable! Perfect for a quick weekend get away. So quiet and peaceful, you can even hear the ocean from the deck and the hot tub.

The only issue my dad and guest had was checkin had issues with key and key box. You guys were great walking them through it. Then at checkout same issue they said the place was very clean and they had a great time. Thank you. I'm just the middle man lol

Memorial Day Weekend with Family
We loved the location as it allowed us to travel back and forth between places like Astoria, Cannon Beach, and parts of Washington! It was so wonderful to have a cozy place to light of fire, curl up on the couch, and watch a movie after so much adventuring. We were especially appreciative of the jacuzzi which helped our sore adventuring limbs recover for the next day! The size of the house was perfect for our needs as a group of four! We would love to stay again!!

Perfect launch pad

This is a very nice home. We had a wonderful time. A very comfortable, close to everything & clean
We left a day early because of the weather (snow and ice on the roads coming home). But we left everything clean and washed rugs and towels and swept and did dishes. The hot tub was great. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach. We will rent it again

Good beds, light roomy living room, good privacy, outdoor sitting area nice. Big fridge, new range top and oven plus non splash new sink in bathroom. Good shower lots of hot water. Plenty of linens and kitchenware with lots of cupboards. Safe parking off street.

Gearhart Getaway
This cozy cottage fit our family needs. It’s not close to the beach but a nice walk on the Ridge Path into town. The place has a step up to the bedrooms and to the kitchen. The wood burning stove has a surround that sticks out and it’s easy to trip. Other than that we were very pleased with our choice and had a good stay.

Nice and cozy
It’s a little older style place but we loved it! It was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable, and it’s only a 5 minute drive to the beach. I only wish they had more cooking knives and a cutting board. I was trying to cook meals and using the small serrated knives they had and lack of cutting board made it a bit difficult.

It was kind of a dump the floors were soft and sagging and the appliances didn't work that great and when we got there we couldn't figure out the cable TV and there was spider webs and spider eggs all over the outside of every window it was clean and the hot tub was great

Relaxing
We had a good weekend. The town of Gearhart is small, but incredibly quiet and safe. We enjoyed walking the golf course and neighborhoods. The house is in decent shape but has nothing extraordinary. It has all the basics, and if you’re looking for simple and easy, this might check your boxes. We made great use of the hot tub, but it has a leak somewhere and had to put water in it a few times to keep the level. It does get a ton of pine needles in it due to the surrounding trees, so we cleaned it as we sat a few times. We did not love the beds in this house, they are extra firm and did not suit us well. Overall, if you like nice things, this is not for you. But if you want a place to hang out with a hot tub and go play a round of golf and be in the community, this was just fine.

Would've given 5 stars, but all we wanted was the hot tub in the cold month of March. And we did not. It was halfway full and luke warm with no instructions of how to correct the problem. Called maintenance, but they did not show up in time for us to enjoy our 2 nights. Vrbo did give me the money deposit for the hot tub back promptly. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. Beds were comfy. Close to Seaside. Overall great stay. Much preferred over a fancy hotel. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Comfy Homey Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for a week for our Oregon Coast honeymoon destination. Vacasa called me to inform that the hot tub and dryer were out of service, which did not impact our stay as we had fun in Gearheart and the surrounding neighborhood towns. The Gearheart beach is a 10 minute walk from the house, great locstion to explore. This place is also close to Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach. We had a great time doing the Astoria Riverwalk on our way into town, but our favorite activites were walking along Cannon Beach and exploring Downtown Seaside, both filled with fun various family filled activities. The home is as described in the pictures for real life. The shower in the bathroom is fairly small, but still comfortable. The cabin was very clean upon our initial arrival, and this would be a great place for couples, small families with children, or even individual travelers. We will definitely considering staying at this place if we decide to return to the Oregon Coast on vacation again.
