The room allocated on 4th floor decor was looking very tired in comparison to previous visits. The shower lever was broken and came away from the shower unit which had obviously been a problem previously for someone due to the amount of marks on the shower tray floor. "It was a great place. There were one tiny issues, I don't know what issue they had with the system and the restaurant was closed. The room I got faced the garbage pickup and it's too loud. And they arrived at 6 or before 6. The climate in the room can't go down 18 degrees Celsius and we had to open the window and that's why the issue mentioned above got worse"

"A. Dry friendly hotel. Serves one of the better breakfast that I have had. Nice selection of food. Our first room wasn’t in good working order and they moved us right away no questions asked. The pool is on top of the building so you get a great view of the city. The Spa is very nice as well. Had a great time as the location was a 10 minute walk to all the shopping you wanted and a 10 minute walk to old town for all the food you wanted. If you want Asian food it is all around the hotel. "
