"The hotel is nice and unique. The rooms are very big and comfortable. In the room we slept the shower was not clean, and need maintenance as well. Breakfast you eat in a near by restaurant (2 choices), it was very good one in "Strudel"."

I noticed there is nothing hygienic. shower is very tiny, you can't take a shower properly without hitting the walls. a lot of things in the bathroom are rusted. shampoo bottle was empty. not enough towels available. no proper tea and coffee facilities, however the lady (owner) was very helpful and understanding and trying to make you happy. "

"Das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Deutschen Kolonie unterhalb der Bahaei Gärten gelegen. Parken vor der Unterkunft war jederzeit problemlos möglich. "The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way. Honestly I wanted to leave but every other accomodation in the area was booked so I had nowhere to go. The staff...
