"Our arrival to Loudon Valley Manor was a little challenging as we arrived but accidentally took a false path and got stuck in some snow. I notified the owner and she came with snow removal equipment to get our car out of the snow which was so kind of her ! We stayed for 2 nights and residence was very quiet and peaceful. "I was in DC attending President Carter’s funeral. The apartment was a 5 minute walk to where I had to get the shuttle to the National Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and perfect for one or two people. The old steam radiator’s added to the charm. The metro was a 5 minute walk too. Great place to stay if you are visiting the Zoo. "
