"We arrived to the hotel via train & bus with a one-night booking and dinner reservations upon our arrival time. The hotel was closed with lights off and no one in sight. We had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer, and finally, we had someone answer and share that they had an issue with the fire alarm so they had to shut down.
