Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. "For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"The hotel and my room was spotless, so clean. 5 minute walk from Estacon Intermodal de Bilbao, which is the main bus station, where you can catch busses to the airport and other cities / towns in Spain. (I went on a wonderful day trip to San Sebastian from there). The real stars of the hotel are Javier and Xavier, who work at the reception. They are such kind people, who went out of their way to help me on a regular basis with tips and ideas about what and where to explore, and each night they were keen to hear if I've enjoyed my day. I was so impressed with them. "

"The hotel was very centrally located, the staff, especially at check-in, very friendly efficient and helpful. There are plenty of options for eating and the tram, metro and bus/train station, all are within a 3 minute walk of the hotel.
