"My friend and I stayed at this property in Carlsbad so that way we would have access to three national parks, the Guadalupe mountains national park, Carlsbad caverns national park, and white sands national park. We loved the proximity to the caverns; however, the other two parks were a drive. This property is a little bit outside town, but definitely in a quiet location. This apartment had an amazing bathroom that my friend and I were able to share due to the cabinet space. The bedrooms were also great as they had adequate outlets for charging and ceiling fans for AC. The living, kitchen, and dining space were great for us to sit and plan out our itinerary and drink coffee. This property also treated us well by providing homemade muffins (so delicious), drinking water, and clear communication on parking throughout our stay! Robbin was an excellent host!"
"The staff was friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, we could ask at the front desk and they would take care of it. It was very clean. The property is undergoing a remodel so there were things around outside related to that. We had an issue with our air conditioner. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we could the next morning and maintenance was to our room very quickly. He changed out the unit right away. "
"Absolutely perfect spot for your little family! My husband and I booked for something quick and cheap and was very surprised of how awesome this place is. The owner texted me just to let me know the property was ready and gave me her info for any issues. We got there and was welcomed with homemade delicious strawberry and blueberry muffins. The apartment was clean and smelled good. The small things were def appreciated like plenty of towels and waters already in the refrigerator for you. Perfect spot for our little family and love there is an early check in time unlike anywhere else. I wanted to add that they have a welcome book that has all the near by stores, restaurants and things you can do in the area which was also an awesome little addition we truly appreciate! Thanks again!"
