"Super easy check in with friendly staff. Room was great for our family of 4 with a son and daughter who don’t share a bed we were able to get the 1 queen and 2 twin beds which meant no arguments! Pool and hot tube were great. Would stay again "

"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "
