Discover this welcoming second story 1-bedroom studio above homeowners detached garage in Gilbertsville. Private wooded location located in Buena Vista subdivision, this studio features a cozy king bed, dresser with hanging space, and a convenient pull out sofa bed. Approximately 625 square feet perfect for a couple or small group. Private access with your controls for A/C and heat. Standard hotel amenities that also include a makeup vanity, hair dryer, coffee maker, small fridge, and microwave, smart TV for streaming and sound machine. The bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower and toilet.

Please note that the stairway to the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Please inquire on option for small ski boat or fishing boat for nightly hook up inside garage. Entrance to studio is shown in exterior photo on backside of garage.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and close proximity to Moore’s Marina. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a fishing trip this place is definitely a place to consider.
