We liked Forest Park Inn bc it is close to the Outlets and it is a nice clean hotel and has reasonable rates.

It's so dirty the shower has hair all over it and the mattress cover has stains We are staying in a nicer "suite" but we are placed directly next to the entrance of the hotel so the door is slamming constantly. The covers for the air conditioning aren't on so it's just blasting directly into the second mattress and it's so muggy

Great hotel. Sheets were a little scratchy and the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers worked poorly. It took a lot of time and effort to get product out.

The reception area is great, the dining area & breakfast area was great. out door area too, the rooms were clean. the only thing I didn't like was the pool area it needs to be updated, the gated doors were not working with our room key for any of the guests . Plus I had to call and complain to the office that the people above me were having really loud intercourse & I didn't get any sleep I was in the room with my 6y old grand daughter and all I got was a we are sorry not a discount or a how can we make this stay better for you . I had to check out early and come home to sleep.
