Gipping Hotels

"We had an issue with the shower which did not work and when we contacted reception in the evening there was no one and our phone didn’t work so we tried to contact the hotel on our mobiles but no one picked up. The reception staff in the morning were very helpful and got the maintenance team to fix the shower whilst we had breakfast. We were given a complimentary afternoon tea for the inconvenience. The receptionist (blonde lady) was amazing and really helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay, and would come back again."

"Past it sell by date and in need of real attention. Plus poor bar service due to lack of staff. Frankly over priced which is such a pity. Tissue box by bed contained one folded tissue yes just the one! "
