"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."

"The house is beautiful with lovely views of the ocean. The photos were accurate. It had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The host was very responsive to issues that arose. We had a variety of guests and they all were very complimentary about the house. There is a steep path that is approximately 15 minute walk to the closest beach (Sa Tuna), which is a lovely spot. "Es ist ein schönes großes Haus sehr dicht an Strand und Meer. Grundlegend ist es auch sehr sauber. Die Dusche oben ist nicht mehr so schön. Diese könnte mal renoviert werden. Das Geschirr mussten wir vor dem ersten Gebrauch selber nochmal abwaschen. Ich denke das der vorherige Urlauber nur noch das Kurzprogramm in der Spülmaschine genutzt hat. "Excellent stay. The house was lovely and stocked with all the dishes and glasses / pots and pans you could need. The coffee makers were ideal. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, we rarely used the indoor one. Also stocked with all the condiments you could wish for. Having said all that, there is a great beach bar/resto within 2 mins walk and clearly in the summer there are more. Jose the host was charming and accommodating when we had a flight delay."

But oooofff, the bugs and the heat are serious.  We knew there was no air conditioning but we figured it would be fine, since we are right near the sea and there would be a breeze.  We didn't realize you can't keep the windows open in the evening because the bugs will come and find you.
