Modern in style, this ground floor apartment will certainly provide the perfect base for romantic retreats, solo adventures and work trips. With a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area, comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom, London Avenue has ample space for two. The apartment also boasts private on-site parking.

The Space:
You’ll find welcoming and homely interiors throughout London Avenue. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on one of the comfy sofas and watch the flat screen TV or prepare a home cooked meal and enjoy it at the dining table.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a nautical colour scheme of white and royal blue to create a tranquil space. Long, lazy mornings are made even better with the flat screen TV which is mounted to the wall. The space is complete with a walk-in wardrobe, bedside tables and ample storage space.

London Avenue has a modern and clean bathroom. Take a soak in the corner bathtub or start your day with a refreshing shower. A wash basin, WC and mirror complete the look.

Outside is an enclosed patio area with a sun lounger, all of which can be accessed via French doors from the kitchen area.
