"Offered snacks on check-in, lovely sizable, warm bedroom insulated from the possible noise on Gordon Street, as well as the cold. Everything worked well, including the shower, and an excellent Scottish breakfast the following morning, with potato cakes Lorne sausage, black pudding and haggis, as well as sticky porridge. Allowed a late check out, sad to say farewell."

"The stay was average and I would more than likely look elsewhere next time. The room didnt have a menu for room service, called room service, no answer so I had to go and sit in the restaurant which I didnt want to do - One reason I picked the hotel was for the room service offering on the website..... I didnt get the typical Hilton cookie when arriving either. The tea and coffee wasnt in a place where there was a plug either, so I had to move the whole station. Not the normal standard...

"The Clayton Hotel is a lovely hotel right on the river in Glasgow. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly helpful. We were experiencing a severe windstorm in Glasgow which affected my business there. The staff gave me a space where I could meet with my customer, and all went well due to their help for which I am sincerely grateful. Highly recommend. "
