The only problem we had was on our last night the person staying above us was extremely noisy running back and forth and slamming doors and being very obnoxious, as it was after 12pm on Christmas night we had a very early flight, we figured they would calm down but no they didnt so we called the front desk and after talking to them the noise stopped.
