"The house has a lovely view across the bay and is close to the ferry as well as cafes and the local hotel for evening meals. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, but the kitchen is poorly equipped if you do choose to stay in for a meal. There was also a problem with the pump, which needed to be reset frequently."

"So well appointed. Every need has been anticipated, from the umbrella outside your door in case of rain to the Christmas tree in the lounge for the festive season and the home made fruit cake slices for supper. There is nothing I could suggest to make this more comfortable."

"The room we had was so beautiful. Although the bathroom was across the hall, it was only ours. Very private and secure for our own toiletries. We could not believe how comfortable and safe we felt in our first B&B experience. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Choice on private menu and the coffee was perfect. We will definitely be back. Best of Bruny

"Absolutely gorgeous property surrounded by amazing views. It was a great opportunity to get close to the wallabies. The house is spacious and has great lighting. Beach was close by and easy to walk to. Andrea was very accommodating when we had an additional guest join us at the last minute, couldn’t be anymore grateful for that. The deck is a great place to watch the stars, we got lucky when we got to see a shooting star. "Port Huon Cottages are just lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that was a downside was the road noise at night. Nothing can be done about that but took a night to get used to. Definitely would stay there again if I’m in the area again. "
