"We couldn’t have had a better stay, the room was a great size, bed was comfy and they looked after us so well that I wanted to stay a night longer!"

"Hotel was quite basic and our room didn’t reflect the photos shown here on this site. Our bathroom had mould on the roof, was very small and just felt quite old. The bed had a fancy coloured light at the back of it however I think the rest of the room needed a little TLC to freshen it up. "

"Very spacious clean house in a forest village, we stayed here for a week as a family of eight and really enjoyed the accommodation. The kitchen if fully equiped, and overall the house is very modern, clean and very well looked after. Thank you Lyn & Michael for opening the door to your beautiful house."

"The hotel was clean and welcoming and the husband and wife team were friendly. It's in a lovely location and within 5 minutes we were deep in Anagach Wood which is a dog walker's paradise! The longest loop is about 2.5 hours but plenty of shorter options. The food and drink at the hotel were also a highlight - compliments to the chef!!"

Room facilities more than adequate and lovely and warm :) Bar food was to a good standard, a decent selection for a short stay too. Lovely open fire to warm up by whilst eating your fare and recovering from the days activities!"
