"The staff were superb, I had to stay due my father becoming ill and placed in a nearby hospital. The lovely man on reception on both mornings of my departure was so helpful and kind to me. I think a little kindness goes such a long way, especielly during quite a stressful time. The bar staff were also super lovely and friendly, the bartenders music mix was perfect!
