"Staff was amazing! We arrived late on the train, in the rain and after dark. They sent their shuttle to pick us up, even though we got off at the wrong stop. They greeted us with umbrellas at the shuttle. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The weather wasn't great, so the beach area was closed, but that is not their fault. There wasn't much to do within walking distance but their free shuttle is great because you can go to town or to the train station to get to lots of other places....

"Very nice hotel with a great view of the Naples Bay and Mount Vesuvius. Large comfortable room with patio. Patio had table chairs, small couch. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast. Short walk to central Sorrento with shops and restaurants."

Things that stand out are Luca at breakfast every morning, bottle of bubbles brought to the room for my husbands birthday, and sending me my pajamas when I accidentally left them the day we checked out.
