"Silvia who checked us in was so sweet and amazing. Everytime we walked through the lobby she would check on us. The hotel was super nice and would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Loved our stay. Also the door man was so quick to help with our luggage and assist with the stairs. The gentlemen was so cordial and you could tell he took pride in his job. "

"This particular location shared my FAVORITE QUALITY of spending time in a "Neighborhood". The Quality of the residence, and AS Importantly, or MORE... the Staff, front of house, management, finances, info, booking..even Fabulous breakfast chef and attendents, avaiability for ANY help, amenities, data for seeking Attractions for art or Food.. Is the BEST...I have ever experienced in 50 years of travel. Rome can be "Tough" for visitors..even without my Art/culture/food experience.. I speak some...

"Surprisingly impressed. Great budget price, but did not get trashy hotel. Room was very clean! All the basic needs were there, minimal but what you need is there—no fuss or extras like fancy hotel. But everything you really need is there and 24 hr concierge is there to take care of you. Special appreciation for Denise at front desk, really takes care of us. Location is perfect as it’s a short safe walk to cruise port. Turn the corner and you have a 24 hour pharmacy, and then to a Main Street...
