"Absolutely beautiful hotel, well located to the Duomo. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfasts delicious. Great sized room with a big comfortable bed. Having a laundry on site was a bonus."

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"The room was rather charming but a little less than clean. The fellow who met us was quite nice. On the downside they didn’t restock the coffee and some things were either broken or not working. Also beware of overcharging at the restaurant beside the rooms. "
