"The staff is very friendly & professional. They’re always ready to help. Great environment, and it can be seen that the entire place is clean. The hotel is not located in a noisy neighborhood. Several bus lines run less than a block away & there are plenty of Taxis that can be stopped in front of the hotel. There is a Rooftop restaurant in the hotel, it’s pricy but the food is delicious and you can get 30% off, if you make reservations in advance. The Metro station is not close to the hotel. However, the staff was very helpful & provided a map along with the number of the bus that would take us to our destination. "

"As our tour group split up, we all traveled to Rome together the day before departing and stayed at the Hilton. It is incredibly convenient since it is connected to Fuimicino Airport and takes about 10 minutes to walk there from Terminal 3. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast at the hotel was a treat with lots of great selections. You can custom order eggs, but sometimes tracking down a waitperson was a challenge. We also had dinner there and the meals were good. We took advantage of the airport shuttles to visit Rome on our free day. It was easy to book tickets online and pick up the shuttle at Terminal 3. It cost about 7 euro versus 14 euro for the Leonardo express to Roma Termini. For convenience, good food and easy access to the Airport, I highly recommend the Hilton Roma."
