"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."
