"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. "Nice historical building and close to central. We had couple of issues: The internet wasn’t working and the TV was only in Italian. On the second night there was a cleaning happening in the rooms above us at 1AM!!!! Loud hoover and ppl talking/ walking. We were not able to go sleep till 3am. We stayed in many hotels but never been kept awake by the cleaning at night!"
