Modern property, great location opposite beach. Friendly staff. A little smaller than some other two bedroom apartments in the area. Unfortunately some items in the kitchen (cups, cutlery) were dirty. These need to be better checked by housekeeping between bookings. Classy dining options at your doorstep. An easy place to get around with pathways and cycleways for sunrise and sunset walks. No need for a car. Would stay again.

The staff at Iconic were incredibly helpful and professional, It made my stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable bed with hinterland views. Excellent location, close to the beach and easy access from the airport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The Iconic is located central to shopping cafes and public transport. Not to mention across th road from stunning beach. Its quiet, clean and comfy beds, room is small but sufficent for short stay. if you're after a stylish getaway it will not dissapoint. The only thing i would suggest is pls leave more tea, coffee & amenities.

It's a lovely part of Kirra, unfortunately there was work being done on the building during my stay and the noise was disruptive. I couldn't be in the unit at all during working hours. I would have appreciated a heads up about this and options offered. I also had to call to request the refund of the $100 holding fee. I would try again though, provided that I was told if there would be any disruptions.

Wonderful property
Wonderful property. We had a panoramic one bedroom apartment (corner) so windows along two walls and a small balcony. Light bright spacious and clean. Southeast so got the morning sun and a partial view of the ocean. Next time I’ll try to get an apartment that faces north so as to get more sunshine. Great position near some lovely cafes and oh so close to the airport. We’ll be back.

The staff on the front desk were more than helpful and always happy and courteous. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. The location of the resort was great, easy walking to almost anywhere and a bus at the door. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, we would stay there again.
