The service was friendly however for the cost the rooms were dated. Being a family friendly resort I would have assumed indoor activities available for rainy days as the rooms are not big enough to be stuck inside. More healthy food choices e.g fruits etc

Great for families, make sure you choose a refurbished room though. Noise insulation is still non existent, you can hear people word for work in the adjoining rooms, but the aesthetic and view from one of the newly refurbed rooms was great.

Incredible hotel and experience with my family of 4. Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. LOVE the easy access to Seaworld. The pool and splash pad were perfection in the hot weather. One small critique.. not much choice for kids meals. But just because I have picky eaters. Absolutely loved our trip, we will be back!

Great for kids and a ‘must do’ once in their lifetime. Buffet breakfast was crazy and full on, but that’s from an adults perspective! Superb pool area and fun outdoor facilities and the adjoining bar was a great relief at the end of the day. Very convenient being able to go into SeaWorld from the accommodation.

Great for kids, but overall the service was very slow and staff didnt always appear as willing to help (there were 2 that were good out of about 50) inflated prices and the room was actually filthy....legit coffee spills in the bathroom. We found none of the activities that were advertisd even occured at the resort or at the park (kids paw patrol and meet and greet characters) half the rides not running, we waited all day for 3 rides for the jnr rides. Waited over an hour to be let in for breakfast (after witnessing mutiple people stealing the buffet food). I left thinking the fond memories I had at seaworld as a kid are a distant memory-my childs experience whose birthday we were actually celebrating there...was less than average....never again. Only positives- the pool at the resort runs until 7pm for kids Nice view from certain rooms.

Seaworld is always a family favourite - we had a garden room and it spacious enough, bed is comfortable and water pressure was good. Breakfast and theme park tickets was included in our package and it is also great to be able to have a hotel access gate to seaworld where we can return and rest and then go back into the park later. Breakfast had a good spread.

Pros: Reasonably priced food & beverage Theme park unlimited passes Cons: Not enough parking No water cooler or ice machine No microwave in rooms Room service took 1.5 hours to deliver and no apology despite multiple follow up calls Not enough food option with limited menu An hour to get into the breakfast area with long queues right from 7am onwards Breakfast menu is fixed with most of the dishes not being replenished. Great for overseas tourists not as friendly and supportive for domestic ones, if we travel again will rather live in an apartment..

Stay 2 nights. Only got one bottle of wine. No free breakfast. Told Staf,We are Silver member and they told us to contact expdia. But no one answered. Booked hotel and flight tickets without give us points. Worth experience ever.

We had rubbish in our room on arrival, in our outdoor area and half eaten ice cream in our fridge. We let the hotel know and the ice cream was removed but rubbish stayed on our table outside room. Apart from that the stay was great.
