"The main location is very convenient to the main shopping street and sights, the other location is a little bit out of the way, closer to the concert hall (Harpa). Given Reykjavik is very small it means an additional 5 minute walk to where things are happening, which is fine if you are not encountering arctic winds or pouring rains, both of which are frequent in October/ November."

"Location is very convenient and all of the staff - Eduardo, Erik, Gurtej we dealt with were very helpful and courteous. The only con was our room facing a building which didn't give us privacy so had to keep our shades pulled. The shower could have been designed better as water gets out and is also really small for an average built person."

"This hotel was great! It wasn’t above and beyond but it was not bad by any means. Perfect to come back and sleep. Parking was easy as it’s right there but you do have to pay, they only have about 4 parking spots for hotel guests. Rooms were clean for the most part. The shower was a bit strange but it made sense to fit in the bathroom. Got the job done! Spa was the best part and a nice perk. Beds were comfy! "Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, sights and the waterfront. The breakfasts are excellent and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming."

"The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early for a fee. Instead of paying for their parking we parked down the street in a garage and on the street which ended up being very very cheap. The room was big and I would stay again."

"We were only here for one day before flying out. It's located in the heart of the city, and close to the big church, harbour and a multitude of shops and restaurants. The downside to the location, is that parking is not included. Street parking right outside the hotel is a P1 zone, so only valid for 3h in a 24hour period. We just parked around the corner. The walls are a little thin OR the doors are heavy, we could hear them slamming shut when other people were entering/leaving their rooms....
