"It was second time at this hotel. Everything it was ok less sleeping on a very hard sofa wich was very uncomfortable. Although i asked for a topper at the reception but the problem was not solved. Improvements should be made to the cleanliness of the room and balcony."

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. "Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio, e alla Reception ci hanno detto che il nostro appartamento riservato tramite Expedia non era più disponibile (anzi non sapeva niente di Expedia)l'alternativa sono state 2 stanze schifose e sporchissime con bagno e lenzuoli sporche, odori insopportabili, stanze senza frigorifero, senza Internet, Tv non funzionante, si sentivano tutti i rumori dai vicini e dalla strada, polvere dappertutto. "Despite crowdie season, the staff ( mostly ), the hotel itself, by architecture and position, offered a more than pleasant time inside. So close to the beach, morning breakfast in the vicinity of the infinity pool ( by the way, such a nice feeling in it ), and not to forget the SkyBar or the dedicated parking. A place to come back for sure. "
