"I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests"

"They did not rock up for the airport pickup, the driver hadnt even left the hotel so they made me wait 15 minutes. The bed is a bit soft, shower doesnrt work that well with all the draines blocked in the bathroom. A lot of light outside so difficult to make the room dark. Reception was quite unhelpfull at arrival. They key card for the door keeps failing as well. finally the gym looks nice on the pictures but is not worth it. No real weights, chinese crappy equipment. "Had a good time the hotel staff was amazing. The food was good and everything was maintained well. The big negative is that it makes no sense for them to provide WiFi because Google is blocked. So visitors can’t search for local activities. Also I speak English and I couldn’t even use Google translate to communicate. My stay was good but this hotel would not be my first choice if return for that particular reason. "

"The hotel itself is nice. The rooms and gym are great. The food is decent but extremely overpriced for Luanda. Also, the vibes are very weird and off. A bunch of wealthy Europeans being served by Angolans. It’s a horrible horrible place. Also the location sucks. This price and no pool too? Wow."

"It’s a good hotel but there are many things to improve like a better training to the employees. The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. Thanks "
