Nuve stay
Rooms were decent, you can tell its an older hotel but rooms are maintained. I was weary since doors outside didn't look as kept. The staff was friendly and willing to heat stuff up or refrigerate some items I needed. Food was good for the value although wait staff was a little slower.

Good value and nice location. The pool area is charming and lovely and the included breakfast is very delicious. Just needs some renovation.

When we arrived the girl at the front desk looked at us and continued texting and smiling on her phone and then texted in between checking us and our niece in. First morning, with hair full of shampoo we lost water completed. Never did get a warm shower the entire stay. The beds are very hard too. The place looks really nice and has potential.

Nice hotel in Torreon
Very nice hotel, just seems un finished, no floor mats for shower, no hand towels, no towel bars, the breakfast was very complete, however veryslow to come, 45min, so not great when you're trying to leave quickly.Oh and there are two Nuve hotels in Torreon, be sure to put Gomez Palicio in you GPS, not Gonsales it's a very different hotel..

La habitacion estaba con mucha humedad en las paredes. La señal de TV de bajisima calidad. Pero lo peor fue el ruido que hicieron otros huespedes varias horas de la noche y madrugada. A pesar de avisar a recepcion para solicitar intervengan y respeten el silencio en las hora de dormir, continuaron los gritos, las conversaciones a altisimos volumen y ruidos molestos.

No volveré a hospedarme en un hotel donde no fue posible descansar. 2 noches sin dormir por los escándalos de los vecinos de habitación y el hotel no hizo nada por por cambiar la situación. Además la ropa de cama en muy malas condiciones, vieja y manchada, los colchones se veían muy sucios de la parte baja, pedí frazadas y me dijeron que no habían suficientes para todas las habitaciones. El bote de basura estaba ya lleno cuando entramos a la habitación, las toallas desgarradas. En fin muy mal. El estacionamiento bien y la ubicación también.
