"We were greeted by a wonderful friendly very professional customer service attendant. We had a small concern in the beginning, and she was very helpful in addressing that and correcting any issue that we had momentarily. The room was the equivalent of a small apartment and exactly what we needed for our stay. This hotel uses all Dove products in the showers and, they were perfect to give us a clean refreshed feel in the morning. We especially liked the late check out of 12 noon."
