The details are so charming and the spaces (public and private) are very comfortable. Staff were usually readily available and were always helpful and pleasant. Even if we had booked a smaller room, the common spaces at the hotel are lovely, welcoming, and comfortable. With plenty of seating indoors, games and books for adults and kids, and a charming beer garden, you can easily relax and enjoy time in the public spaces of this hotel. Overall, we adored the Cocoon and would absolutely return!"
