"Hotel très correct, par contre en passant pas expédia le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris, a savoir donc. les chambres sont très propres mais on entend les voisins. je conseille quand même c'est hôtel le personnel est très accueillant et font des efforts pour comprendre le français. merci à eux et excellente saison."

"Literie confortable, nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l’avenue d’Etigny nous avons eu la musique du bar jusqu’à 1h du mat puis les cris des gens dans la rue toute la nuit, peut être plus calme avec un chambre qui ne donne pas sur l’avenue? "One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
