Was lovely and cute, we only stayed for the weekend but it was perfectly accommodating. Cute little spa and was very close to all the good restaurants and cutie areas to explore. Very beautiful rooms as well :)

Right off the highway. We checked in around 8pm and somebody was ready to attend. The room was clean and very modern (adjustable LED lighting). The heater in the room was very efficient. We had a second floor balcony unit, it was pleasantly quiet just hearing the cars go by. We picked this location for its good pricing and locality to the North Pole Experience. Also next to a 24 hour gas station and a bar&grill. It was a 10 minute walk to the N.P.E. (from one side of the highway to the other). We'll choose Elev8 again!

The doors on the side of the building into the building remain unlocked all day and night. I don’t think that’s really safe for people that staying in the hotel.

Liked the hotel. It is at a convenient location if you want to visit Grand Canyon and Sedona almost in the middle. Couldn’t use their Sauna, gym or pool but they have all of these. Their coffee machine does have a lot of options to choose from and it was complimentary.

Flood in bathroom in hotel room - shower drain backed up in middle of night. Had to relocate to a different hotel room at 2 am due to standing water in bathroom and entry way to room- luggage in standing water- ugh. Onsite night manager was helpful in moving us - but have yet to hear from hotel management on rectifying situation. Not a great experience- waking up to a mess in hotel room - would appreciate a response from hotel manager / comping room should be the response.

The completed renovations look great, the beds are still comfy, the sauna and hot tub were enjoyable. The guest laundry is east to access and affordable. The staff were not as friendly or helpful as when we have visited in the past, especially during the check in process. The check out process was convenient and flexible. The lobby coffee is excellent!!
